With over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within the oncology diagnostics space, Estevan Kiernan brings deep industry expertise and visionary leadership to the team. He has held key roles at global leaders including Abbott, Illumina, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he contributed to the launch and growth of cutting-edge diagnostic solutions worldwide.
Estevan has successfully launched multiple diagnostics on a global scale and serves as a chair member in notable diagnostic consortiums. He has also played a critical role in securing funding and leading several companies to successful exits, including C2i Genomics and Foresight Diagnostics.
Dr. Han-Yu Chaung

Dr. Han-Yu Chuang is a seasoned diagnostics executive with over 15 years of experience in product development and bioinformatics. With a career spanning both startups and global organizations, she brings a rare blend of agility and strategic depth to oncology diagnostics innovation.
Dr. Chuang has held impactful roles at leading companies including Guardant Health, Roche, and Illumina. She was instrumental in developing Guardant Health’s industry-leading platform and has successfully launched multiple oncology diagnostic tests that are advancing cancer detection and treatment globally.
Dr. Tootie Tatum PhD
Chief Regulatory Officer
Dr. Tootie Tatum brings over 25 years of leadership in clinical lab management, regulatory strategy, and diagnostics innovation. As a successful CEO and founder of a clinical validation firm, she has established and overseen the setup of more than 100 clinical laboratories across the U.S.
Her work has supported some of the most respected names in biotechnology and diagnostics, including Thermo Fisher, Illumina, Abbott, Natera, GeneDx, and the Broad Institute (MIT). With deep roots in both research and regulatory excellence, highlighted by her work at Berkeley Lab and Blackhawk Genomics, Dr. Tatum is a driving force in advancing high-quality, compliant diagnostic solutions.
